NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?

No problem. If you are unhappy with your item and would like an exchange or refund contact us via the contact page HERE within 14 days of your purchase. Please note:

WE NEED AN ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER AND THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO ORDERED THE ITEM.

ITEMS NEED TO BE SENT BACK IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, IN THE CONDITION IS WAS SENT IN.

WE WILL REFUND OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM UPON RECIEPT. WE WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING. 

We advise you return with a tracked service (1st class tracked Royal Mail is a good option) as we cannot refund if the item goes missing with no tracking number.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty please contact us via the contact page HERE and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
