Is everything handmade?
Hell yes! Everything you see on the site has been handmade in the UK at Custom Made HQ! We hate sweatshops, I’ve seen a few in my time and its not nice for the people working in them. We try to source as ethically as possible although it is difficult to know the background of vintage or recycled items. We source from small UK businesses, we all need to help each other!
How much is UK shipping?
All items are shipped by recorded delivery within the UK and cost as follows. SMALL ITEMS £2.00 per item with £0.50 for each additional item. LARGE ITEMS £3.00 per items with £0.50 for each additional item. Small items are purses/pouches, ipod socks, earrings, necklaces etc. Large items are bags/cushions. You should receive your package 2-4 days after ordering although we aim to ship your item the day you order it if the order is placed before midday!
Do you ship outside the UK? If so what are the rates?
Yes we do!! Shipping to everywhere else in the world cost £4.50 with £1.00 for each additional item. PLEASE NOTE: shipping outside the UK will not be sent recorded delivery and Custom Made cannot be held responsible if the items go missing. If you would like recorded delivery please contact us.
Out of stock? Are you getting more??????
If the items reads OUT OF STOCK this means its a temporary thing, we will be doing more but are maybe waiting for fabric. If an item is SOLD OUT thats it gone forever boo hoo!! Oh and sometimes it says coming soon, but I guess its obvious what that means!
Can I return items I am not happy with?
If you are not happy with your items you can return them. You need to contact Custom Made outlining what you are returning and let us know if you want a refund or exchange. Then return the item in it original packaging and condition within 14 days of purchase.
I dont want to pay with Paypal or a credit card, how can I pay?
If you dont want to use Paypal you can write a cheque. Dont go through the checkout email orders@custommadeuk.com with your order and we will let you know what to do from there. The cheque will need to clear before items will be sent.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
